Salty Almond Chocolate Bar 

A true classic - whole salty, crunchy almonds with milk chocolate

We create a saline solution with Oriel sea salt and soak our almonds in it. When we have soaked the nuts, we then gently roast them in a low oven with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, have a nice texture, and taste amazing. We then sprinkle them on top of this milk chocolate bar.

Sweet and Spicy Hazelnuts Chocolate Bar

A perfect mix  - sweet honey, chili heat, smooth hazelnuts & milky chocolate

We toast nibbed hazelnuts with warming spices and sweet 100% Irish honey from Tara Hill Honey. Tara Hill Honey is located on a hill in our favourite county in Ireland, Wexford. A generous handful of this mixture tops each milk chocolate bar.

Smoky Salt Chocolate Bar

Smoke and salt enveloped in creamy milk chocolate

Oriel take their kiln-dried mineral sea salt and smoke it in 90 year old Nicaraguan oak kegs freshly emptied of Teeling Irish whiskey. We ask the smoker to make our batches even smokier & then we fold it through our Ecuadorian milk chocolate.

Sour Cherry Orchard Chocolate Bar

Cranking up the sour notes - whole cherries infused in apple cider vinegar with dark chocolate

We infuse organic sour cherries in Highbank Orchard’s Organic Balsamic Cider Vinegar with Wild Mother. Highbank Orchards is located on a 17th century farm in the beautiful County of Kilkenny. We then pile them on top of our dark chocolate bar.

We bring Achill Island Sea Salt, Organic Connemara Seaweed and Dark Ecuadorian Chocolate together for this match made in heaven. Achill Island Sea Salt and The Connemara Seaweed Company are both based on small islands off the west coast of Ireland in the wild Atlantic Ocean.
