A collection of four Bean and Goose craft chocolate bars, pairing the complex and rich flavours of single origin chocolate with flavours and ingredients that reflect and celebrate our Irish surroundings.

This collection contains two topped bars and two plain single origin bars, presented in a craft gift box with tasting notes, perfect for gifting. Hand wrapped in contemporary, paired back packaging.

We select the finest quality single origin chocolate, and then we pair it with the best Irish ingredients for our craft chocolate bars.

How to taste and enjoy your dark chocolate bar collection

It is recommended that you taste chocolate from the darkest to the lightest so begin with the Ecuador 76% and finish with Mexico 66%.

To taste

Take a small piece of chocolate and place it in your mouth. Allow the chocolate to come to just above body temperature and slowly melt on your tongue.

The flavours of each chocolate will become apparent from spicy and powerful to fruity and sweet. These flavours will change as the chocolate melts and each origin will leave you with a unique aftertaste.

Dark Chocolate Irish Sea Salt & Cocoa Nibs

A 76% cocoa dark chocolate from Ecuador. A dark and powerful chocolate with a spicy undertone and a note of subtle hazelnut.  It pairs well with cocoa nibs and we have added salt sourced from Irish waters.

With its rich fruity acidic taste and intense bitterness, this 80g bar of solid dark chocolate has a spicy, peppery and citric aroma profile

Dark Chocolate Roasted Spiced Hazelnut & Wexford Honey

A 70% cocoa dark chocolate from Ecuador with a very high cocoa content. Its mildness leaves plenty of space for a host of fruitiness and expressive aromas! We pair with hazelnuts roasted in our own spice mix and local Wexford honey.

After a slightly acid attack, this 80g bar of solid dark chocolate, releases its spicy and woody notes, sublimed by a touch of liquorice.
