A Winters Bark | A Gingerbread Bark

A generous and impressive gift, created to celebrate and reflect the changing seasons. A large flavourful bar for breaking, cracking and sharing. A slab of chocolate topped with seasonal flavours and the finest quality ingredients.

 

A Winters Bark is a dark chocolate slab from Madagascar. This dark chocolate is mild, sweet and fruity providing the perfect backdrop to our Winter topping.  We roasted whole nuts in our winter spice mix that we created to celebrate the flavours of Christmas. Each slab is covered with a generous blanket of spice nuts, cranberries and candied orange peel.

 

A Gingerbread Bark is a milk chocolate slab  from an Ecuadorian 39% cocoa bean. The taste is very well-rounded with plenty of creaminess and pairs perfectly with autumnal flavoured nuts roasted in our own handmade gingerbread spice mix.  The smooth and creamy texture of chocolate is in beautiful contrast to the crunchy, nutty and sweet texture of the nuts and is highlighted by a burst of citrus flavour from candied orange and lemon peel. Each slab is completed with a sprinkle of marigold and cornflower petals sourced from Bumblebee farm in West Cork.

 

This sharing slab is wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a craft box, the perfect gift to share or give to someone special.

 

Craft Chocolate Bar Collection

For those that appreciate a selection of milk and dark chocolate bars – nutty and salty.

 

A collection of four Bean and Goose craft chocolate bars, pairing the complex and rich flavours of single origin chocolate with flavours and ingredients that reflect and celebrate our Irish surroundings.

This collection contains two milk and two dark single origin bars, presented in a craft gift box with tasting notes, perfect for gifting. Hand wrapped in contemporary, paired back packaging.

We select the finest quality single origin chocolate, and then we pair it with the best Irish ingredients for our craft chocolate bars.

 

Irish Whiskey Truffle Collection

For those that enjoy the smooth, silky taste of dark chocolate ganache combined with specially selected Irish Whiskey – Craft Box of 8 truffles (4 different types of whiskey)

 

Eight chocolate shells of cocoa 70% single origin Saint Dominque encasing truffles made from Greenore Whiskey, Writers Tears, Kilbeggan Whiskey and Teeling Whiskey (two of each type).
