Single Origin Madagascar Dark 67% 

Rose infused hazelnuts, pistachio praline, orange segments and rose petals

A generous and impressive sharing bark, created to celebrate February gifting. This luxurious bar is available as a 500g bark.

A large flavourful bar for breaking, cracking and sharing. A slab of chocolate topped with seasonal flavours and the finest quality ingredients.

 

The Flavour

For our dark chocolate slab we have used a chocolate from Madagascar. This dark chocolate is mild, sweet and fruity providing the perfect backdrop to our February toppings.  We infused whole hazelnuts in rose water and made pistachio praline. Each slab is covered with a generous blanket of nuts, orange segments and rose petals from bumble bee farm in West Cork.

 

This sharing slab is wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a craft box, the perfect gift to share or give to someone special.

A collection of two Bean and Goose limited edition 80g chocolate bars, pairing the complex and rich flavours of single origin chocolate with flavours and ingredients that reflect and celebrate our Irish surroundings.

This collection contains one milk and one dark single origin chocolate bars, presented in our cotton gift bag.

We select the finest quality single origin chocolate, and then we pair it with the best Irish ingredients for our craft chocolate bars.

 

The Flavour

Coconut, Raspberry and Thyme dark bar – Madagascar 67%

A 67% cocoa dark chocolate from Madagascar. A sweet and fruity chocolate that pairs well with toasted coconut, a burst of raspberry and thyme from our garden at Last Tree Farm.

Strawberry Shortbread and White Chocolate milk bar – Ecuador 39%

A 39% cocoa milk chocolate from Ecuador that surprises with its intense cocoa body and fruity flavours. The taste is very well-rounded with plenty of creaminess. It pairs perfectly with our handmade strawberry shortbread  that was made using Wexford strawberry jam from local producers Wexford Preserves. We completed this bar with a generous drizzle of white chocolate that we gently caramelised to enhance the flavour.
