A Gingerbread Bark
A large flavourful bar for breaking, cracking and sharing. A slab of chocolate topped with seasonal flavours and the finest quality ingredients.
For our milk chocolate slab, we have used a chocolate from an Ecuadorian 39% cocoa bean. This milk-chocolate surprise with its intense cocoa body and fruity flavours. The taste is very well-rounded with plenty of creaminess and pairs perfectly with autumnal flavoured nuts roasted in our own handmade gingerbread spice mix. The smooth and creamy texture of chocolate is in beautiful contrast to the crunchy, nutty and sweet texture of the nuts and is highlighted by a burst of citrus flavour from candied orange and lemon peel.
Each slab is completed with a sprinkle of marigold and cornflower petals sourced from Bumblebee farm in West Cork.

Cocoa 39% single origin Arriba - Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole Milk powder, cocoa mass Ecuador, skimmed Milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) hazelnuts, almonds, lemon peel, orange peel, honey, olive oil, Irish sea salt, gingerbread spice mix, dried petals
