Mango, Rum, Coconut & White Chocolate

Our white chocolate is creamy and buttery and a far cry from the overly sweet commerical varieties. We have soaked mango pieces in a generous amount of rum to give this months bar a Tropicana flavour. We have paired the mango with lightly toasted coconut and our white chocolate to bring some summer sunshine to your day.

Tasting Board Recommendation

Enjoy with a punnet of Wexford strawberries or a selection of mixed fruits such as blue berries and cherries. If you want to enjoy a chunk of cheese on the side, Gouda is a good choice.
