In a saucepan, heat the hot chocolate and milk of your choice until hot but not boiling.
Stir in the tahini and mix until well combined.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute.
Pour the hot chocolate mixture into serving mugs.
Whip the cream until just set and add ½ teaspoon of rose water and gently fold in. Drizzle the rose infused cream over each mug of hot chocolate.
Sprinkle toasted and crushed pistachios on top of the rose infused cream.
