Our journey began with countless ideas, sketches, and prototypes. The moulds for our 70g bars are truly one of a kind, capturing the heart of our story. They reflect the beautiful topography of Last Tree Farm, the original home of Bean and Goose, where it all began. Each bar is a little piece of our history, crafted with care and meaning.
Created to pair perfectly with iconic coffee drinks, our Cafe Bars are a delightful snack-sized treat. Each 18g bar is a slice of our signature 70g topography bar, continuing our story of landscape and place. Packaged in fully compostable envelopes, they’re a small, thoughtful way to enjoy chocolate sustainably.
A project close to our hearts, Seascape captures the movement and depth of the sea in chocolate. After months of work and countless prototypes, we brought the swell and flow of our vision to life. It’s more than chocolate – it’s a fully immersive experience inspired by the beauty of the ocean.
Inspired by the cliffs and islands of Ireland, our Islands are 10g drops of single-origin dark and milk chocolate, delicately infused with the flavor of the sea. Each piece reflects the beauty and essence of Ireland’s rugged coastline, offering a unique and meaningful chocolate experience.
