We source the finest single origin beans from around the world to use in our craft chocolate creations from Ireland. Inspired by our local landscape, nature, ingredients and people, we create a range of products that grow and change with the seasons.
We are Karen and Natalie Keane, sisters and chocolatiers. We began making chocolate using the traditional technique of hand tempering on marble slabs. This process gave us a strong understanding of working with chocolate. You have to slow down, you have to be patient and you have to be persistent.
