Every month we create one exclusive chocolate bar for Tasting Club members, paired with a carefully chosen Bean and Goose favourite and a small memento connected to the month’s story.

Why we created it
A place for the bars that only happen once.
We are always experimenting in the kitchen. Some ideas become part of our permanent collection. Others appear for a moment, shaped by the season, an ingredient, a place or a collaboration.
The Tasting Club gives us somewhere to share those small-batch creations with people who enjoy the story as much as the chocolate.
Made once. Shared with members. Remembered through the little pieces that arrive alongside it.

Each month begins with an idea. Once a bar has been made and shared with members, it becomes part of the Tasting Club archive.
The mementos
Small pieces of the story.
Each month's parcel includes a small keepsake connected to the chocolate. Sometimes it's a postcard. Sometimes a recipe, illustration, tasting note or a little insight from the kitchen.
Collected over time, they become a record of the stories you've tasted.

Questions
A few things you might like to know.
When do you dispatch?
We usually dispatch Tasting Club parcels from the 15th of each month, although we occasionally adjust dates to coincide with a season or special occasion.
What happens if I join after the latest release?
We'll usually send the current release straight away. If we're close to the next dispatch or the current release has sold out, your subscription will begin with the next story.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Gift subscriptions are available for 3, 6 and 12 months.
Are the exclusive bars available elsewhere?
No. Tasting Club bars are created exclusively for members and are not released for general sale.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Recurring memberships can be managed through your customer account.
Can I buy bars from previous releases?
Occasionally. If a few bars remain after a release, we'll quietly make them available to members through a link included in their monthly parcel.
Will everyone receive the same parcel?
Yes. Each month's story is shared with all members.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship the Tasting Club worldwide.
