At Bean and Goose, we work exclusively with bean-to-bar pioneers Original Beans, sourcing heritage cacao beans directly from origin—including Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru—each with their own distinctive flavour profile. Once this ethically sourced, award-winning chocolate arrives in Wexford, we transform it into something distinctly Irish—celebrating our culture, landscape, and values through flavour, form, and storytelling.
