Return and Refund Policy

At Bean and Goose, we take great care in crafting our chocolate and experiences. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product

We will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Workshop & Experience Bookings

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • 7 or more days’ notice: Full refund or reschedule

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your place if we can

If we cancel a workshop or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be transferred to someone else and used online or in person.


Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
