Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Bean and Goose, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the quality of our service.


Chocolate Orders

If you need to cancel your chocolate order, please email us as soon as possible at

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or recall it due to the perishable nature of our products.


Workshops & Experiences

If you have booked a chocolate experience or workshop with us:

  • 7 or more days’ notice: You can request a full refund or reschedule to another date.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Bookings are non-refundable. However, if we are able to fill your space, we will offer to reschedule where possible.

If Bean and Goose must cancel a workshop or experience, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to rebook.


Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, but they may be transferred to another recipient.
