International Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. Please allow up to 10 days from dispatch for delivery depending on your location. For more, see below.

 

Dispatch

In non peak times we will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs. (NOTE - this does not apply to peak times such as Christmas & Easter)

Orders will be dispatched between Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

During high activity times, Christmas, Easter, order and delivery times will take longer.

Please be aware when delivering to hot countries that we do not provide temperature controlled transport. 

Packages may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Tracked shipping for small International orders - up to 4 bars chocolate

FASTWAY

• All other products are delivered in Ireland, Northern Ireland & Europe with Fastway tracked & signed delivery.
• Once your order is sent you will be contacted you with your tracking number.
• For Ireland and Northern Ireland please allow 2 -5  days for delivery.
• For Europe please allow 5 - 14 days for delivery

DHL

• US, Canada, UAE & UK are delivered with DHL & may incur import duties.
• Once your order has been sent you will be contacted with a tracking number
• This is a signed delivery service
• Please allow between 5 -14 days for delivery
