This gorgeous, limited edition Goose Egg was inspired by our recent trip to Chicago. We had many memorable meals but a desert from Avec inspired this Bean and Goose flavour. The desert was, smoked chocolate with citrus labneh, sumac caramel and flourless cake. The unique combination of smoked chocolate, citrus labneh, sumac caramel, and flourless cake creates a truly unforgettable flavor profile.
The gentle smoky flavour of the milk chocolate comes from Lapsang Souchong tea. The caramel inside is sweet, thick and gooey. The sumac gives that tangy, citrusy flavour with a lingering floral note. This luxurious chocolate egg is a perfect indulgence for Spring gifting.
