Cacao Nib Tea
Bean and Goose Chocolate
Variations of cacao tea are endless. Add your favourite flavours - rose, cardamom, chili, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. The addition of sprigs of mint is great after a meal.
1 tbsps cacao nibs per person
1 teacup of boiling water per person
Place your cacao nibs and boiling water into a teapot or jug.
Add your herbs and flavours.
Infuse for 4-5 mins, strain, pour and enjoy.
When strained, the nibs can be composted or reused in another recipe.
