We know you can pick up jars of chocolate peanut butter but this uses real dark chocolate not cocoa powder, you will taste the difference.

Delicious on fresh fruit, on pancakes, or swirled into overnight oats, but best simply spread on toast and finished with a big pinch of flaky sea salt.

Ingredients

• 250g smooth peanut butter

• 90g dark chocolate

Directions

1. Heat the chocolate until melted, add to the peanut butter and blitz in a blender or nutribullet.

2. You can add extra Irish Sea Salt or sweetener in the form of honey, agave, maple of cane sugar.

How to melt chocolate

Chocolate is best melted in a heatproof bowl set over, but not touching a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave.
