A Taste of the Hedgerows

We’ve infused creamy milk chocolate with hand-foraged gorse, known for its delicate floral notes of coconut and almond. A swirl of smooth almond praline adds depth and richness, while shards of burnt honey honeycomb bring a golden crunch and toasty complexity.

To finish, we scattered dried gorse petals across the bar—a nod to the landscape that inspired it. This is more than flavour. It’s a tribute to a place, a season, and a feeling.
