This March, we’re marking St. Patrick’s Day with a bar that captures the spirit of Irish tradition. The Craic & Crunch combines rich dark chocolate with the comforting crunch of traditional Irish scone and the chewy tang of homemade raspberry jam—a flavour pairing rooted in Irish teatime rituals.

An Ode to Irish Flavour

Inspired by the beloved scone and jam, this bar layers texture and taste beautifully. The scone pieces are baked, dehydrated, and crumbed to create a satisfying crunch, while the raspberry jam—crafted by our friend Anthony O'Toole of Fat Tomato using red and yellow raspberries from his edible garden—is transformed into a chewy fruit leather.

Together, they bring a comforting, nostalgic warmth to this dark chocolate bar. It’s our way of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a truly festive Irish treat.
