This summer, we are bringing Bean and Goose a little closer.

On Saturday 26th July, we’re setting up inside The Collector in Kinsale for an intimate, flavour-led evening. It’s a conversation between chocolate and cocktail, between two makers — Shannon of The Collector and Bean and Goose — with three bespoke cocktails designed to meet three of our most expressive chocolates.

You’ll sip. You’ll taste. You’ll hear the stories that inspired them.
