Banish the January blues by adding this decadent treat to round off your evenings.
Ingredients
1 pot of espresso
Frozen bottle of liqueur of your choice
-
1 Jug of chocolate sauce
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
To make the chocolate sauce - melt Bean and Goose 62% chocolate from our kitchen range and stir with an equal amount of boiling water until smooth. See recipe extras.
Serve a single scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with any combination of the ingredients in the recipe.
Recipe Note
The best way to melt chocolate is to place the chocolate pieces in a heat proof bowl. Fill a saucepan with a 1/3 of water and bring to a gentle simmer. Rest the bowl with the chocolate over the saucepan ensuring it does not sit in the water. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
