Here is a beautiful summer chocolate drink recipe that we make and over again.
Once you make up the hot chocolate you can use it for a number of chocolate drink recipes, chocolate power smoothies and our chocolate overnight oats.
If you have a hot chocolate or milk frother, put the milk followed by the hot chocolate into the frother and press start. To make in a saucepan, add the milk and hot chocolate to the pan and gently bring to the heat. Do not boil, heat until the chocolate has melted.
Leave to cool.
Pour over ice and serve.
Top with whipped cream of your choice, chopped mint, lemon zest
The cold chocolate milk will keep for 3 days.
