Toasted Soda Bread Milk Chocolate Bar

Inspired by memories of Irish kitchens and shared tables, this bar reimagines soda bread as a crisp, caramelised crunch folded through creamy milk chocolate.

Our soda bread is created for us by Ballymaloe-trained baker Jane Conlon of Sodalicious in Limerick. A treacle soda bread is slowly roasted to deepen its flavour, dried for crunch, then enveloped in milk chocolate.
