Crafted from 36% Esmeraldas white chocolate, this year’s Goose brings together cultured Irish buttermilk, early rhubarb and Madagascan vanilla. Creamy and gently tangy, with a soft brightness and a rounded finish, it is balanced rather than sweet — a quieter take on white chocolate.

A natural blush comes from fruit, not colouring, reflecting the shift in the season.

Handmade in Ireland, this is a once-for-the-season piece, shaped by place, flavour and time.
