Umami Seaweed (Dark 62%)
Single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate layered with organic seaweed from the Connemara coast.
A blend of sweet kelp, dillisk, and kombu, finished with Achill Island sea salt.

Smoky Sea Salt (Milk 40%)
Single-origin Ecuadorian milk chocolate with Oriel smoked sea salt.
Kiln-dried sea salt, smoked in Irish whiskey oak barrels, adds warmth and depth.
