Single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate (62%), layered with organic seaweed from the Connemara coast.
A blend of sweet kelp, dillisk, and kombu brings a deep, savoury note.
Finished with Achill Island sea salt, harvested from the wild Atlantic.

Smoky Sea Salt Seascape (60 g)
Single-origin Ecuadorian milk chocolate (40%), balanced with Oriel smoked sea salt.
Kiln-dried sea salt, smoked in Irish whiskey oak barrels, adds warmth and depth.

Each piece is cast into our signature seascape form — a chocolate landscape inspired by the swells and textures of the sea.
Presented in an illustrated craft box, with a QR code to unlock the sounds of the Irish coast.
